At Emphasis, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience while maintaining clarity and fairness in our return practices. All orders are processed within a standard timeframe of one to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, operational constraints, or external logistics factors.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within three to seven business days across India. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and clearly communicated prior to payment. Tracking details are shared with customers once the order has been shipped, enabling visibility throughout the delivery process.

We accept return requests under specific conditions to ensure product integrity and fairness. Customers may request a return within seven days of receiving their order, provided the product remains unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email with relevant order details, after which instructions will be provided upon review.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product. Certain categories, including customized or made-to-order items and discounted products, are not eligible for return. In cases where a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers are required to notify us within forty-eight hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence to facilitate resolution.
